From October 18 to 22, Mr. Yiu Wang Lee, Chairman and CEO of Wing Lee, led a team to visit SANY Group in Shanghai, Changsha, and Zhuzhou to explore collaboration in areas such as pure electric engineering equipment, charging and swapping for pure electric heavy-duty trucks, solar microgrids, and smart IoT applications.
Mr. Yiu and his team visited the SANY Heavy Machinery Industrial Park in Kunshan, Shanghai, where they toured SANY Group's development history exhibition, pure electric excavator production line, and smart Tree Root Interconnection platform, and held discussions with Mr. Chen Jiayuan, Chairman of SANY Heavy Machinery, along with other executives, reaching a broad consensus on deepening cooperation between both parties.
Mr. Chen Jiayuan introduced that SANY Group, leveraging its core technologies and based on the "Tree Root Interconnection" industrial internet, is focused on developing new industries and markets for "industrialized construction and low-carbon building." He expressed hope that both parties would maintain close communication to jointly promote the application of smart technology, digitalization, and renewable energy in construction scenarios.
On the 21st and 22nd, Mr. Yiu and his team visited the SANY Intelligent Manufacturing Center in Changsha, where they experienced the charm of SANY's smart manufacturing up close. This center, with a total investment of 22 billion yuan, is SANY Group's first facility fully based on digital and smart technologies, aimed at creating a world-class model of "intelligent manufacturing."
During this period, Mr. Yiu focused on examining SANY's new generation of mobile battery swapping stations, emphasizing the company's low-carbon strategy and gaining a deep understanding of the "SANY Solution" for renewable energy. This battery swapping station is recognized for having service capabilities that are far ahead of the industry.
Mr. Yiu also visited SANY Silicon Energy. As the main entity implementing SANY Group's renewable energy development strategy, SANY Silicon Energy is actively expanding its integrated business in solar, electricity, hydrogen, and storage. By focusing on technological research and innovation, the company is committed to continuously optimizing and enhancing product performance, thereby maintaining strong growth momentum.
After the visit, Mr. Yiu expressed his hope that both parties could accelerate cooperation in the photovoltaic industry, using this collaboration as a new starting point to deepen practical cooperation in renewable energy, battery swapping and charging, and engineering machinery, while actively building an upstream and downstream industrial alliance to achieve mutual benefits and win-win cooperation.
